Bought my first kit from them on Amazon. With 6 gallons in primary the SG was 1.080. Instructions say it should be 1.090 to 1.105. Called number on sheet and is said it is disconnected. Used the Brix scale to determine amount of sugar to add. Heated 38.4 oz. with some of the wine removed from primary to make a syrup. With SG now at 1.094 and temperature at 75 F, pitched yeast. We will see about the quality of the juice as things progress. Has anyone else had issues with this company?
