Started this kit on 1 Jan....

Went to .0996 in 5+ days

Cleared in 36 hours.... no joke!!!

Its still dropping sediment but I was amazed how quickly it began to clear...Hoping to have this ready by valentines day

That sure is pretty. How does it taste?

Both my wife and I taste the Riesling forward followed by the strawberry. Keeping in mind its still young even by OB standards...but the strawberry taste is nice and full but not overpowering

will be a good anytime drinker while the others are aging
