Well I just found out today that my wifes grandfather has a Mirabelle tree. Im wanting to make a wine, but have only a 15g demijon. Am gonna buy 3-4 5g plastic Obi pails(lol no homedepot here), and try and natural ferment(Use only the yeast on the fruit skins) any one have any luck with anything like this?
