I just started the Island Mist Exotic fruits Zin. I want to give some wine away for Christmas.
I've already bottled the Green apple. I added half the F-pac up front and about 2 1/2 maybe 3 lbs of sugar to the primary.
I Added the other half of the F-pac in the end. I cracked open a bottle of The Green Apple Tonight and it taste very acidic to me. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, Has anyone tried the Island Mist Exotic Fruits Zin?
