I'm sitting in the path of Hurricane Rita, not that I really believe that it is
headed my way but while everyone else is out at Wally world buying up all
the water, canned peaches, batteries and plywood I thought I would
consider how to make a scratch grape wine. The problem I have is
locating
vineyard that will sell grapes. I suppose ot call it 'in bulk' is al ittel
misleading. I think I need about 100lb for 6 gallons. Is that correct?
anyone know of a good supplier? A Pinot blanc would be good, as would a
merlot or Pinotage.
I'm in the Houston area about 70 mile north. about 150 south of Dallas,
and I have truck (as does everyone else in town except mine is not a REAL
truck 'coz it's less than 1 ton an does more than 3 miles per gallon.)
Dontcha jus' luv these runon sentences.
