WineXpert Costal Red MLF

I have a WE Coastal Red sitting in primary now at 1.030. Would any of you start MLF or should I just leave it alone.

Don't put a kit through MLF.

Because of the kit manufacturing process, MLF is not recommended for kit wines - it can ruin your wine. Just follow the directions and you will be fine.

I have done three Coastal reds and added oak to all

Oak is fine MLB Malolactic Bacteria to start MLF Malolactic Fermentation, not so good in kits.
