hello ive stirred the following additives as the instructions said and degassed and no movement today.....when i put the following adds the wine a pinot noir looked like a lot of lees or ? fell out good or bad ? here they are besides thesulphite potass sorbate.....the ones i would like to know are kieselsol and chitosan....

hello ive stirred the following additives as the instructions said and degassed and no movement today.....when i put the following adds the wine a pinot noir looked like a lot of lees or ? fell out good or bad ? here they are besides thesulphite potass sorbate.....the ones i would like to know are kieselsol and chitosan....

The kieselsol and chitosan are clearing agents - they will bond to particles in the wine use positive and negative charges and drop out. Wait about 3 weeks though once you add it in - that way it creates a nice firm layer of sediment.
