    fresh fruit

    I have tried twice to make wine from fresh fruit that start off very well in the primary but seem to go bad before I rack into the secondary.(5 days in pimary) All the equipment has been cleaned and sterilised.     welchs grape juice

    I have made 3 gal. of welchs grape juice wine. how long will it normally take to clear? It is only 30 days old tastes great but still a little cloudy. the guy at the brew shop said to add sparkloid when I degassed he said it would help in the clearing. just kinda wondering what to expect.

    apple cranberry

    My wife wants me to try to make some apple cranberry wine. I haven't found a recipe for this. I would like to use frozen juice from the store has anyone tried this? If so how did it turn out?

    hello

    I started my first batch in Jan. it was from a kit it turned out great so far. So i have started a new batch from frozen grape juice and that is going great. Now I am hooked. :) I am so glad I found this site I have so much more to learn. My wife wants me to try apple cranberry from frozen...
