    Just typing an idea to get thoughts,opinions, and experiences? What would be the out come of storing a 5 gal batch of blueberry wine under an airlock in a glass carboy, after 2nd fermentation? For say.....3 months?

    Thanks for the advice, Yeah .....my starting gravity was too high, and I didn't recognize it as a problem at the time . I thought it was going to an unpurpopsable benefit. Do you think the 5lbs of fruit per gal will shine the flavor through on the end?

    I appreciate your response. What are the problems of not letting it ferment to "dry" ? Also thanks for the correction on the current gravity it was a typo on my end , I am at 1.010. I'll see if I can correct it above
