    Hi! I've got 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk I'd like to make a 'flan' wine out of. I can cook the stuff in the can to make it caramel-ish. Can I ferment that and make a wine? I was reading the milk wine and Butterscotch wine threads. Seems possible. I only want 1 gallon for starters.
