Farfalla wines had a productive weekend. We started 4 new batches. Peach-Chardonnay for around the pool this sumer, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for Cathy, Chianti for pizza nights and Barolo to put up. Now to practice patience. Ray and Cathy

Hi, Has anyone here graduated up to using larger SS tanks. What are the good and bad points or things I need to consider. We want to start making larger batches of a single varietal. Thanks, Ray
