I just bottle 4 batches of beer that was in the primary's for 5 weeks (I'm busy fishing) I have been going 4 weeks a lot and have no problem with the beer. In fact I think it comes out a lot clearer. As long as you don't open the top the CO2 should protect the beer.

My wife is a red wine drinker and we have found the Grand Cru International kits to be VERY good for the money (I keg these and keep two on tap) and have stopped making the lower end kits, but she still loves the Winery Series Super Tuscan the best.

It's much easier to keg than fill 25 bottles!! When the keg is full I purge out the oxygen with nitrogen, if you know the Lovely Rita, then you understand her red wine comes out of the Lobster Claw Tap...lol (the rubber bands are there in case the cats go up there and push on one of the taps...
