Thanks Arne, Yeah i already Stabilized, Degassed, Backsweetened, all this 3 days apart from each other. Wondering how long should i wait after Backsweetening to add my Clarifier ?

How long do yaw wait after backsweetening to add isingalss or other clarifiers ? Already Stabilized and waited a few days, then Backsweetened today, so what ya think ?

They say Sodium on the back ... Did i mess up by putting one per gallon? or is 1 per gallon the same either being sodium or potassium Camden Tablets ?

Should i use the same as i did in the beginning.. 1 crushed tab per gallon ? also can i add the sorbate after add the tabs and degassing, all in the same day ? thanks for the fast reply.

I have on hand; Camden Tablets and Sodium Meta. Which should i use.. I know Potassium Meta is better than sodium but i grabbed the wrong one, and supply store is about an hour away. And if the tablest, Is it going to be one tablet per gallon ? I am on my first wine a welch's juice ( not cans )...

I looked at Kroger's today, picked up some Concord, White grape peach, Strawberry, but i didn't see any cherry or crannberry, i think i need to hit up Wally world. ;0)

Yea i get to try the nifty looking " Whip" out for degassing, made a run to the supply store and picked up some more equipment, more stoppers, degasser whip, spoons, airlocs, etc, etc, etc, etc .. yeah it kept going... lol .. when you say kmeta, you meant Sodium/potassium "META"bilsulfite right ?

It's a welches concord grape juice ( bottle ) , my first btw.. and going off a recipe book.. It has nothing about clarifying ( but i am ) So i just add the right amount of Sodium Metabisulfite and Potassium Sorbate, degas at this time, then couple days later i can add the Icinglass( clearing...
