Not really a question but I imagine this'll get a few replies. I started this stuff in Feb before I went to NM. Totally blind, as I realized what I did indeed have, was not a hydrometer. Anyhow, of course when we got back....stuck. I added sugar. Stuck. I degassed. Stuck. I started some yeast...
