    Mosti Mondiale bitter taste

    Doing my 1st batch of wine. White Bourg Royal Blanc. Doing my 2nd rack where ya add all the chemicals. Tasted the wine and it was rather bitter. Should it taste this way? (tasted before the chems added and stirred) Bob

    chlorinated water

    Attempting my 1st batch of wine and I think I may be in serious trouble. Today is day 3 and everything seems to be going nicely. Lifted the cover in the bucket and the bubbles are there so I WAS a happy camper. Now I think I read somewhere that chlorinated public water is a no-no in wine...

    K-Meta question....smell??

    Hello All, 1st time wine maker trying to follow instructions to the letter. Thought today would be a good day to launch. Cleaned everything and then got to the sanitize part and the Potassium Metabisulphite. Added the amount requiredinto a gallon jug of water. Mixed and smelled. NO SMELL...
