    It's a Moments kit. I bottled it two days ago. I had some left and put in the the refrig, and it has the same funny taste. This is my first kit. I was hoping for something better than what I got.

    Oak or NO Oak??

    How long do I leave the oak in?? I read that it can be cleaned off and put back in after racking; and then removed with the last racking. Is this right?

    Well, About 130lbs of grapes later, now the work starts. I met a really nice guy at Ondoan Peak Vineyards who not only gave me the grapes, but offered his help in making sure the wine turns out. THANK all of you for the help. I am sure I will need more in the near future. -john
