    WineXpert 2010 Limited Edition Kits

    Im thinking of ordering all 3 of the reds offered. I have read that the L/E kits produce very fine wines. I am limited on equipment. I have one 8 gal. fermentor and two glass carboys. Does anyone know what the typical expiration date would be on theses kits?

    I am about a month or so from bottling. I want to know what method to use. I was going to transfer my wine into a plastic bottling bucket with spigot and use a bottle filler (spring loaded type with valve at the bottom).
