    Grapes: No Grape press . . How about a Juicer?

    I have all these grapes and am picking them off the stems at the moment. I was reading and found I don't have access to a grape press to get the juice out. My sister has a juicer. Any reason not to just run them through that to get the juice?

    Red Seedless Grapes - Just scored 34lbs free

    F-Pack?

    I keep reading about an F-Pack. So I googled and found it's essentially concentrated fruit juice (heat reduced) to add after fermentation. Is this done to add more fruit flavor into the wine? Or Sweetness? I would suspect it's more to bring out or enhance the fruit flavor? Correct?
