    My GAR is in the primary bubbling away. I bumped the sg to 1.70. Was afraid to make rocket fuel. :) Will update in 5 ti 7 days.

    I went with the Island Mist Green Apple Reisling. Bumped the sg up 10 1.065 Thought it would add a little punch but not make rocket fuel. I will post a review when it is done.

    Ok, I currently have my first batch of wine in the bucket fermenting. So I have no real experience, but I want to make a port from berries. Is it possible to make a berry wine and then just stop the fermentation with alcohol at the appropriate time? Is it really that simple? Any help...
