last night I drank some Pinot Noir (store bought, dont yell at me) and figured out where in my house I am going to start making wine. Thinking I might make a trip to Dallas this weekend to check out the wine maker's toy store. Tonight I am going to cook a steak and have some cab sauv.

short answer, probably. Long answer, amount of alcohol is directly proportional to the sugar/yeast in your must. As far as taste, it depends on what else you used to make it. If you were using grape juice to begin with, it obviously wouldnt change the flavor.

I really wish I had a basement, stupid Texas. Seeing as how it's just me in my house, I have a spot in my kitchen that I could use. Air Force has me stationed here. I was in WA for my first 18 years, went to college in Phoenix, moved back to WA. Joined the Air Force in 2005, got stationed in VA, and now I am in Texas. I'll check out that site. Thanks for the link.
