    CHEAP fruit press for those in the states

    Just got mine today. All steel construction. Same one my LHBS wants mega bucks for. Well worth the 95 (or 85 if you order now) bucks.

    I don't know anything about it. My daughter is in Spain with friends and posted it on her facebook. If I had to guess, there is probably alot of good food and lots of good wine.

    185 ML bottles

    The ones I've seen are 187 ml and they are twist-off caps. I got some from a friend who is a distributor and they give them as samples.

    If there were any preservatives in the juice you won't get any fermentation. There was probably preservatives on the raisins as well. If you search thru Luc's post, he gives a method for dealing with raisins. That was some of the issues I had with my first try at a cider wine, never could start...

    When does light become a problem?

    light I have a closet that I use for my office. I built a wine rack in it to store my bottled wine. I'm in here for an hour or two every other day and then it and out for a few minutes at a time. It has a flourescent light in it. Am I ok as far as light affecting the wine?
