    Very true. You can't really hurry the degassing of your wine. Leave it for a month or so. It will degassed its self.

    This is just my first time to see and hear about them. So I've done some research about it and I found a recipe and procedure how to use those in wine making. I'm not so sure if that is really what is in the recipe but you can take a look of it, so that you can make sure of it...

    I also done the same thing. It is better if you blend it first in a blender so that you can have a fine mixture.

    With regards to fermentation. It would just stay the same. As long as you have the right formula for the chemicals. You just have the same come up with your 1 gallon recipe.

    I'm not an expert in wine making but I know a place where you could learn lot of wine recipe including the recipe that you are looking for. Just search for winemaking jackkeller in Google and you can find lot of recipes there.
