O.K. So I've still got some questions about the adding of brandy or everclear thing. WHEN DO I ADD IT? IF I FORTIFY THE WINE WITH EVERCLEAR DO I TAKEOUT WINE EQUAL TO THE EVERCLEAR THAT IADD. OR DO I JUST ADD THE EVERCLEAR RIGHT BEFORE BOTTLING AND MIX IT INTO THEEXISTING WINE IN A LARGER CARBOY...

APPLEMAN, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT CHAPTALIZE IS , BUT IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. THE INSTRUCTIONS READ JUST LIKE ANY OTHER MOSTI KITS. NOTHING DIFFERENT.
