It's critical!! I made a batch if concord once and rushed through and just rinsed everything, didn't clean or sanitize. I left it sit after the SMB addition for 2 days and it started growing some stinky bacteria. Not good

Super quick way is to buy a bottle of 100% real juice with no preservatives take a little juice out and add sugar until your SG is around 1.10, just add dry yeast, add airlock and let go.
Not the best way but definitely a quick way.
