I once saw a recipe using fresh ones. It looks legit and the dude who posted it was pretty happy with the results. I'll post it here if I find it so I can get your opinions.
I hate bumping old threads but I think this one deserves a bump. I know a lot of newbies will learn a lot from it. I for one threw away a couple of batches because they tasted weird. Who knew that they could have turned out awesome?

How different will pomegranate juice be from fresh pomegranate? Will there be a difference in taste? I've heard a lot of great things about pomegranate wine but I don't have fresh ones.
I'm new to winemaking and breaking and I figured that joining a forum is a good idea because I have a looooot of questions. I'm looking forward to my stay here and hopefully, I'll be a productive member when it comes to providing tips as well!
