I'm glad mine is not the only one that tastes bad. I don't taste any watermelon. I can find flavoring for watermelon either. We'll just have to wait. I wish I hadn't made two batches. Ernie

Has anyone had any luck with watermelon wine. Mine tastes like the rine (sp). Ernie Hyde

I have tried to make maple wine three time now. The first batch came out strong from too much sugar but still very drinkable and clear. The second batch was tasty but cloudy with little whit crystals in it. This last batch is (NOT bottled yet) is a little cloudy but tastes nice as well...
