    Looks good :) I tried apple Wine back in Jan. I Boiled red delicious apples from a local apple orchard. I added cinnamon sticks after primary fermentation, I bottled after 3 months its crystal clear and was a big hit at family gatherings. taste just like apple Jacks the cereal .. Good Luck...

    Just an update. I bottled today... The wine is clear as can be pictures will come.. Ive been filtering it with time and coffee filters .. And I brought a bottle to a local winery for haha's to see what they thought. IT WAS A HIT and asked for what I used.. the wine kinda tastes like a mascato...

    So, if you guys read in my post I'm making apple wine my sg is a little under 1.000 I'm running this thing dry. would it be possible to back sweeten with apple juice?     Oxygen for better Fermentation?

    I think you may be better off with an air pump and airstone from a fish store... Ive read in a few places somepeople do that when their fermentation is in a closed system..
