My WE ECLIPSE BAROSSA VALLEY SHIRAZ WITH GRAPE SKINS is at 17 months and it is very good. It's my second favorite of 10 different kits.

WineXpert Eclipse Lodi Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon

Its about 14 months and its starting to come around needs another 4 to 6 months. Kit taste is gone. My WE Eclipse Merlot was first and is at 16 months. I can serve it proudly to my friends and know they and I will enjoy it!

Other Tempranillo or Rioja kit suggestions

Mine is now at 18 months aged at 55 degrees in perfect environment and still have about 20 bottles, it's drinking like a $15 Tempranillo. Really good stuff and has great taste, light to medium body with nice oak. It made our "do it again" list!!!

Well, I am almost at the 18 month mark and this Vinotemp has proven to be a great purchase. Very happy, no issues, maintenance free... Will update again in a year. My wine expert eclipse kits started November 2013 are tasting quite excellent but will save that for another post on that topic...

    Vinotemp 600E

Thank you, Every time I open it, which is no more than 1 time a week, the temp is always between 55 and 58. I haven't seen it out of that range. I assume since it has the Upgraded R29 insulation, that it will hold temp if the power goes out. I have over 300 bottles in there now, so each...

    Vinotemp 600E

Yes, I've already got another 30 bottles in the secondary plus a few more kits on the way. I think i have space for about 48 more bottles in this unit and another 48 in my dining room unit. I'll probably just bulk age the rest so my Carboys don't get lonely or feel unappreciated.
