    apple wine from cider

When I made wine before using cider I was told out had to be unpasteurized. Now I am seeing people use pasteurized cider. An I correct in assuming this ? If so how do I undo the pasturization?

    My new batch!

My first time bottleing I had the same problem. Its not the corks fault its the corker. The two lever corkers are good. But spend the extra money for a portugese or Italian floor corker. Well worth the cost.

If this is your first or primary fermantation it should be fine. If I remember from years ago of wine making. The 1st fermantation needs as much oxygen as possible. But wait and see what other responses you get.
