90 Pounds, wow. I live in North Carolina. Yesterday I picked up 4 gallons of lovely ribe strawberries. I now have six gallons of strawberry wine fermenting. Mine is still in the primary with the berries in a nylon sack. They fermentation looks like yours, with lots of foming. I've repeatedly cleaned out the air lock while mixing.
