I have a 6.5 gallon carboy that I use for non-kit stuff. I've got some skeeter pee going in it right now, but I'm trying to think of what I want to do next.

I've been reading about people doing elderberry recipes but I have no idea where to get elderberries. Is this mainly a northern thing?

I don't know about Texas but I live in Nebraska and have seen them in my travels all the way to Tennesse
