    Hi Julie, I made my sweet cherry wine and was thinking instead of adding choc to this one I would add vanilla. I'm thinking it would taste better If I make a tart cherry to mix with the choc. What are your thoughts on this idea? Thanks, Ginny

    please advise on aging cherry wine

    I finally saved some slurry!!

    I measured the sugar but it doesnt match up to a 10lb bag

    My recipe called for 14lb of sugar. I measured 2 cups for each lb. But i still had a lot left in the 10 lb bag. I realize that i can use my hydrometer but I like to follow the recipe to get an idea for the starting point. Why am I not using a 10lb bag of sugar plus some?
