I started this kit 12/04/09 followed directions doing everything I should and it shows no signs of clearing. Anyone else have trouble with this? Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Started this kit on 11/29 with sg at 1130, chapitalised on 12/4 sg was at 1.002. Today it is at 1.004. Have I let it burn too much sugar. Should I go ahead and add additives and fpac. THank you so much for your help in advance.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out. I had the mixed berry wine with the terrible sulphur smell. Well, Wade suggested I stir with copper tubing, I did that as well as splashed back and forth between buckets, and today I bottled it. The smell is great, the color is beautiful. Thank you so much...

Does anyone have a recipe for a wine cooler starting from scratch instead of a kit?

I opened my mixed berry carboy and it smells like sulphur, really strong. I have stirred and stirred and poured it from bucket to bucket a few times--so is it a lost cause? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Does anyone know if you just use enough for a 1 gallon batch, if you can keep the rest and for how long?
