Greetings, everyone! My friend and I have been busy developing a chatbot solution aimed at understanding your wine preferences in simple language and providing objective wine product recommendations.

Agreed! We believe AI solutions could provide lots of help here. While we are building this solution, we also want to hear people's opinions so we could build a product that people really need.

We think an AI chatbot solution enhances the search experience at eCommerce wine stores. By enabling users to input complete sentences in plain language, it offers a more natural way to discover wines that suit their preferences. In essence, it functions as an advanced search engine, where the quality of results improves with the abundance of data, much like Google's search engine.
