My Alexander's Emerald Riesling is finally clear and ready to bottle. I sweetened to taste, which I prefer off-dry and started bottling. The little I had leftover I chilled to drink now. All I can say is wow, I really like it. I give it two thumbs up and I will make more. Although next time I don't think I'll use ec1118, even though the nose and the taste held up really well to it. I guess that riesling being a really fruity wine helped it.
