Those of you that have started your own vineyard or "wineyard", where did you source your vines from? I planted 30 vines last spring and am looking to plant more next spring. I am especially looking for Steuben vines, but I am looking for a quality source to buy a large quantity of vines.

I have several dry meads that have cleared nicely. I would like to sweeten some of them with honey before bottling. Anyone have experience with this, and if so how much honey should I need to add. Are there any other considerations I should be thinking about. Thanks for the input.

Hi all. I am new here, been making wines (meads) for a couple of years now, but still have A LOT to learn. Browsing around here it looks like I can pick up some good advice and tips. Thanks in advance for all the input. Bill
