Those of you that have started your own vineyard or "wineyard", where did you source your vines from? I planted 30 vines last spring and am looking to plant more next spring. I am especially looking for Steuben vines, but I am looking for a quality source to buy a large quantity of vines.

I have several dry meads that have cleared nicely. I would like to sweeten some of them with honey before bottling. Anyone have experience with this, and if so how much honey should I need to add. Are there any other considerations I should be thinking about. Thanks for the input.

The Meads that I have made to date are similar to wines, some dry, some sweet. My wife likes her wine on the sweeter side so most are sweet. All are made from fruit so technically they are Melomel's. Most of my meads are made from fruit that I have grown and local honey. To date: Red...
