I just printed this out:). Thanks for the link. I usually go to Jack Kellers site to decide:rolleyes: what yeast to use, hopefully this will also help me decide what yeast to use.

    A supply source to consider

I have bought through them and never had a problem. Thier prices are very reasonable (if not cheaper) than other on-line retailers and shipping is always very fast. (they also have an on-line forum and newsletter if you are interested:D)

    Cleaning 1 gallon bottles

Some of those bottles from that winery are 3litre and some are 4litre (they probably are not a gallon). I use the 4L bottles for secondary fermentators for my small batch wines (like my first batch of dandilion I did this summer or for welch's grape juice wines). I will use the 3L bottles...

    online kits in canada.

I don't know what you are looking for, but in Cornwall Ont. there are several places where you can buy wine kits and supplies(I don't think they do online sales) if you are ever in the area. The primary place I go to is the Fermented Grape (but they also have a Wine Kitz and Cornwall Fine Wines)

    Private Preserve

I agree with everyone that it is alot better to have your wine topped off instead of using the inert gas. I did not like adding wine to top off so I bought a 5gal carboy (I wanted to keep the economy humming along:D) to use on my second racking and if I have any wine left over I put it in a...

    Wine juice kit suggestions?

As with a lot of things "you get what you pay for," :D but with that said, I made a Vino del Vida White Zin (an inexpensive kit) last year, which I thought turned out very good (but I didn't grow up in California wine country:cool:). If you are trying to impress someone I would go with a higher...

coors light beer package anyone know?

First of all, I can not believe that you would prefer Coors Light to regular Coors:cool:, but in saying that , wine is very close to beer in that it is all about the taste, keep on trying something until you find what you like:D

    Degassing

I use a plastic one that came with my first wine kit. I like the idea of plastic because I know it won't chip my carboys.

    Apple Wine Question

luc I just transferred a "irish rice wine" into the secondary. The recipe was an old one, so I thought I would try it. Some of the ingredients it called for I understood, but others I didn't, like adding 2 pounds of brown sugar with the white sugar. I was wondering what the brown sugar...
