    I have to say, Japanese- Thai fusion sounds like possibly the most unlikely combination imaginable, in terms of spice. Do they actually fuse them, or just have both separately?

    I don't have Specific evidence one way or another, but I'm fairly certain that they follow the labeling laws. Which means that sauvignon blanc is at least 75% sauvignon blanc. But that they absolutely blend it. If it was 100% varietal, I'm pretty sure they'd say so, and they don't. Also...

    Welcome. I haven't even bottled my first kit, but I do look at it every day.🤣 it's a fun hobby. I might suggest looking at label peelers, as opposed to Amazon. They were cheaper for me. (I'm not affiliated!)
