    What should final gravity be? When I used 1 Lb sugar and 1 liter wine for chaptilizing. My final was.990 or less. It’s also very dry. Needs sweetener.

    I’m simply using nitrogen through a sealing connector to both preserve and dispense the wine out through a shutoff valve.

    A wide variety. just finished a wine expert Italian grape Reisling. done label peelers super Tuscan with doubleskins. many wine lovers package. even some fruit wines very good.

    Ohio Bob you probably know Label Peelers near you if you’re in Ohio. yes I’ve done many kits with and without skins also frozen must and mead. also did some excellent plumb wine from scratch. I give a lot away to non profits and friends. I use nitrogen on my carboys.

    What will happen? Can they come and arrest me? How will they find out that I’m making that much? I was told by one of my suppliers.

    I was told that you can make as much as you want if it’s for private consumption. If you give the wine away is that private consumption?

    Yes I’m aging my wines in the carboys and I use nitrogen to push wine out of my carboy when I want to use it.
