    Did I add too much sugar!?

    The blueberry wine recipe that I had asked for 10 pounds of sugar. I wasn’t where I needed to be on the hydrometer so I added about 2 more pounds by accident. I’m getting a ready of about 1.110. Does anyone think this will be too much? What should I do

    Blueberry Wine

    So I’m starting a 5 Gal blueberry wine today. Just wondering if anyone else’s blueberry wine came out good? I started with 15 pounds of frozen blueberries, 5 Campden Tablets, Pectic Enzyme as directed, Acid blend (1 table spoon) saw this amount on YouTube. 10 Pounds of sugar. Haven’t tested SG...
