I came accross a recipe for Pineapple wine that called for white grape juice concentrate. What would be the difference between using juice vs concentrate, other than the size of the batch?

Thanks to all for all the info. So can I assume all other other ingredients will be the same as ones used in an apple wine recipe for the exception of the sugar?

I'm not a totally new at this wine making game, but would like to know if anyone has made apple wine using brown sugar. I can't find any recipes on it, and not real sure if it can be done.
