Started a new batch of Lemons in 190 proof Everclear. But can’t find my original recipe. How much water & sugar to drop it to 30% alcohol. It was a liter bottle of everclear and 14 lemons. Thanks for any info. Monty

Just finished my last bottle of this from 5/16/2018 and wish I had more so I ordered another same kit. In the 2018 kit I used Wyeast 4424 everything else according to instructions. This 2021 kit I plan on using BM 4x4 yeast Any other suggestions. Raisins extra nutrients etc. Thanks

On this temperature controller does the probe have to be in a well inside of fermenter?

Ordered two barefoot vines and then I found this one at local nursery. Have blue tubes to install when I plant in 2 days. (We had frost warnings for last two nights). What would you prune to help the main trunk to grow to proper height. Thank you.
