1st attempt at Dragon Dave's dragon Blood wine
Tonight i Followed the directions. i did the 20 cups of SG as directions say to do. Then I took Hydrometer reading and it was 1.062 than added 3 cups of sugar stir for good five min took reading again and 1.068 I stopped thinking that fruit will bring up ABV level up. 3 gallon of wine racked into 5 gallon carboy
Can move 3 gallons of wine from the primary fermenter and rack it into a 5 gallon carboy and be ok or do i need a 3 gallon carboy newbe here- tumbleinn

what is the difference between the two
Potassium Metabisulfite & Sodium Metabisulfite looks like they are both used as a campden tablet please advise- tumbleinn
