Potassium Metabisulfite & Sodium Metabisulfite
looks like they are both used as a campden tablet
please advise

The main difference between sodium metabisulfiteand potassium metabisulfite is that one will leave residual amounts of sodium in the wine and the other will leave some potassium. ... Campden tablets are nothing more than potassium metabisulfite in tablet form.

@tumbleinn , both are fine for sanitizing, don’t put the sodium meta into your wine, it is said to give wine an unpleasant taste.
