    Is it ok to use concentrate that contains potassium meta as long as you leave for 24 hours before adding yeast? It did not have sorbate

    I'm making a berry wine. I have store bought frozen berries that have probably been pasteurized. Can I add some berries that I bought fresh and froze or should they be pasteurized?

    Dragon blood

    First batch of wine. Making a 3 gallon batch. I cut everything in half except when it came to the sorbate, potassium meta,and sparkolloid. Forgot to cut those in half, so will I have problems?
