Does anyone know of a way to get "Techniques in Home Winemaking" in an electronic version.

I'll go with the Winexpert Eclipse Lodi Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon Kit.

I'm making a Winexpert Eclipse Merlot. I'm at the step where I've added the wood cubes. The directions say they should sink after a few days but mine are still floating after 9 days and it's time to rack again. Should I be concerned?

It seems the general consensus from this thread and others I have managed to uncover is that Daniel Pambianchi's Techniques in Home Winemaking is the book to go to next. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

I'm currently reading Home Winemaking for Dummies. I'm new to home wine making so I don't know how useful it really is but I feel like I've learned some things. Are there any books that anyone would recommend to help educate a novice wine maker?

New to the site and wine making. I've already started my first 6 gal kit wine and have a running list of questions that I'll be working thru before I start the next batch. Great site. It's been a big help so far.
