    On top of my dish towels All of this sterilization seems like a waste of time. She just gets up and lays next the hydrometer I've just sterilized and I ha e to start all over. Look at her, it says it all. She knows who's the boss.

    Yeast is Montrachet ( Red Star)....It's a 5 gallon batch - 14 lbs of blueberries, 9 lbs of sugar. with pectin, tannin, acid blend and yeast nutrient. I'm at 1.050 at 5 Pm with a temp of 72.
