    Barrel Questions

    I'm really interested in getting a 23 litre vadai barrel and on the website they claim they can be up to 10% larger. has anyone had one be that much bigger ?Would make for a lot of topping wine. Also do you normally bottle right after racking from barrel or go back to carboy ? Thanks
