    Lol they were supposed to be in at the beginning of the month and they finally received them on memorial day. I am just glad to get them its been 3 years since we were able to get grapes from Chile

    That's what I thought and the guy told me that's when they were supposed to be packed but they were naturally packed at a later date.

    The first one is a zinfandel I had made about a year ago and just got around to bottling it. The second one is a pinot grigio made about the same time these were made from grapes

    I found if your going to degas your wine either through a vacuum or using a wand you have to make sure your wine is at 72 degrees. If the wine is too cold it will not get rid of co2 and there for it will not drop sediment either. I vacuum pump to degas my wine then rack it 3 days afterwards then...
